Based on such genetic aberrations discovered, we at Nature Nurtured Initiative work with an individual to design nutrition therapy and massage therapy tailored to the individuals needs.
Nutrition Therapy
Food you eat supply your body needs to maintain your brain, muscles, bone, nerves, blood circulation, and immune system. We at Nature Nurtured Initiative, help you adopt healthy eating habits through individualized, practical and changeable changes.
Massage Therapy
We manually manipulate soft tissue by rubbing, stroking, kneading, tapping with the hand and or instrument for therapeutic remedy of medically related musculoskeletal pathologies such as: posterior lateral curvature e.g. kyphosis and lordosis;, scoliosis, adhesive capsulitis, piriformis syndrome, plantar fascitis, pre-epicondylitis (medial and lateral) and release of musculoskeletal restrictions due to fascial adhesions.
Mother-and-Child Health
Despite inherited diseases there is evidence that, proper nutrition and therapeutic massage are critical to maintaining good health and human development. Nutrition and Massage Therapy are shown to be essential components of healthy lifestyle and are directly correlated to improved infant, child development, and maternal health, stronger immune systems, safer pregnancy and child-birth, lower risk of non-communicable diseases such as (diabetes, cardiovascular, sickle-cell disorder) and longevity.

At Nature Nurtured Initiative, we use our understanding of mother nature and her abundant resources, coupled with our experiences in the sciences to improve quality of life in two ways, 1): By controlling what we consume; that goes inside our body and 2): By controlling what goes on our body as we lubricate; that goes on our skin.
We purposefully and empirically create meal-plans during nutrition therapy sessions; and skincare products for massage therapy; to include scientifically proven anti-disease specific food-crops and botanical formulations which prevent and or ameliorate the affects of human diseases.
